"Meisser Lodge was great. Guarda is a fantastic village and a great base for the Lower Engadine. We had a balcony, which we really enjoyed. The facilities and breakfast were great. And we have a special thank you to Marianne who helped retrieve a book from a roof (accidentally dropped from our lovely balcony). Finally, in comparison with other places where we stayed, the Meisser Lodge is very reasonably priced for what you get."

We chose this hotel because it backs onto cross country skiing tracks and is 9 minutes by train from the intermediate slopes of Zuoz. It was also the cheapest nice hotel in the area, the others being at least double the price. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is family run and very traditional, it looks as if the communal areas (reception, restaurant, hallways, etc.) were recently refurbished to a modern chalet look - plenty of light wood and very bright. It being a small hotel, the room’s isn’t...

This hotel was amazing to stay in. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. Breakfast on offer was a classic continental buffet. The reception staff were great any questions I had they were more than happy to help and guide me in the right direction. There is also easy access to transport links, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine while the porter took our baggage to the room. While we were shown around our room we were given a welcome pack and told that the minibar was free and was restocked every morning. The room was spacious, clean and had spectacular views of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at Mo.he, can't fault a single thing. It's ideally located in the centre of the town, with great views of the mountain from the large outdoor terrace. The restaurant served a unique menu with an excellent staff, sommelier, and extensive wine list, and very good value. The room was stunning and spacious, with great attention to detail - we particularly enjoyed the private sauna and steam shower. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
