Modern attic apartment of 137 sqm, spacious and bright, with a splendid view of the mountains, located in a quiet area of Laveno Mombello in a dominant position. You are 1.5 km from the lake, main services and public transport, including trains to Milan, shops and supermarkets. The apartment consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, an armchair bed, walk-in closet, free parking inside the property and free electric vehicle charging at certain times from April to October. Ideal for longer stays, you can enjoy home cooking and a magnificent view of the Sasso del Ferro mountain, symbol of Laveno Mombello.  
  
This holiday apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located near various means of transport, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby, you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundry, and bars. Two parking spaces are available within the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors and parties are not permitted. Two friendly dogs live in the outdoor areas, separated by a fence. Wi-Fi is available.
