New Luxury Waterfront Beach House in Lavallette! Sleeps 12!

  • Must be 30+ to rent. New Luxury waterfront home in Lavallette Proper for family rentals only. Come enjoy pure tranquility looking out at the water in every room of this home. You will soak up the sun while relaxing on the expansive deck, which you can fish/crab/kayak right off the dock! The entire house was completely remodeled this year. All brand new furniture as well. Enjoy the spacious, open concept kitchen and living room with your guests! Our home is very centrally located--just a short walk away from many restaurants, park, playground, bay beach, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and boutique stores. Also, the beach is just a quick 5 minute walk. Sleeps 12!

What a wonderful house - clean, cozy and fantastic location. The owner was super easy to communicate with and extremely responsive when I had questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Location was great with a beautiful view. The house was immaculate and expansive enough to fit plenty of people. Will definitely be coming back for some warmer weather. Kiera was extremely responsive and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Stunning location

Beautiful home in a 5 star location. Host was very responsive and offered pro-active information to make our stay comfortable. Perfect size for our party of 6. Expansive dining table and deck were favorites for hanging out and enjoying the view. Comfortable beds.

Absolutely beautiful!

From check in to check out this was a smooth and enjoyable process. The home was exactly as shown in the listing. The house was situated on the bay and it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone all ages. Perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend. We would definitely love to rent this home again in the future.

We rented this "New-Luxury" waterfront Beach House July 20-27 2026. First, let me say it is not new and not Luxury. It's a house on the water and , yes remodeled but ...it's been a few years since. This home definitely has some items that need attention from the owners. The cleaning crew needs to clean better. We found dirty underwear in the King bedroom under the dresser- they are still there! Golf tees on the floor in the other upstairs bathroom and the floors turned our feet black after walking barefooted for 10 minutes.The bathroom sink faucet (in the queen bedroom was not fastened in place-It was just sitting on top of the sink ? Also the main upstairs bath has loose tiles on the floor and the vanity cabinet door and drawer are a struggle.The grill was gross-there was a half of a hot dog left on the grill side table and the amount of yuck covering the entire grill was overwhelming! the kitchen counter stools were about ready to fall apart. they wobbled so bad we couldn't use them, the kitchen is poorly stocked. The lights on the back deck were either burned out or not working. there was only 1 light by the middle door that worked. ants every AMThe ice maker in the fridge did't work, the toaster only toasted on 1 side, the paddle boards wouldn't hold air (so couldn't be used) the ladder to get in water was covered with slim, nails popping out of the deck ,also the owners boat trailer was parked in the front yard! and the owner texted me at 6;30 in the am about the trash!
