- Beautiful two bedroom beachside condo located in the heart of Lavalette, Unit is completely renovated with top of the line everything. Property features two bedroom two bath, basement with washer & dryer. Everything is new including all beds, and all furniture. Master bedroom has access to second floor exterior porch.
Unit comes with one designated parking spot street parking also available. One brand new 70" and one 42" flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has one Full bed with twin over & TV. Master bedroom has one Queen bed. Just walk up the block to the beach!!
