Beautiful and very well finished apartment in the central square of Lavagna and very close to the sea, the beaches, the marina and all the desirable conveniences and comforts. Very easy to reach even without a car.  
The renovation of this splendid apartment in an elevated position with sea view has just been completed, complete. Beautiful views and sunsets.  
Composed of entrance - 2 bedrooms - living room with sofa bed - kitchen complete with cooking accessories - bathroom - balcony.  
Under the house shops, supermarkets, sea, beaches, marina...  
Ideal for short, transitory and not very long periods.  
Building with elevator.   
FULLY FURNISHED. and complete with all accessories and equipment.

#### Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung im Herzen von Lavagna.

Die Unterkunft ist ausserordentlich grosszügig und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben unsere Reise sehr genossen und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Herzlichen Dank für die Gasffreundschaft!
