Our getaway!
What a fab hotel they couldn't do enough fir you the breakfast was yummy home made breads and cakes! What can I say about the pool!! Wow amazing we just had a fab time and great hotel, service facilities etc etc! A fab mojito at night after dinner in local restuarant in the square! Great location just can't think of a negative! :)

The Anciora is a lovely little hotel, it's just a pity it is in Lavagna. Of all the beautiful towns along this strip of coastline, Lavagna is the eye sore. The hotel has good clean rooms, a nice little bar/conservatory that is great. The walls are a bit thin as could hear music coming from the bar below as well as the family in the room next to us. Rather spend the extra cash and stay in one of the bigger towns or in Cinque Terre itself

The hotel is close to the train station if you want to visit Cinque Terre,The area of Lavagna is just nice , with restaurants no trap for tourists.Very very hepful personnel in the hotel.Great breakfast.Negatives:No refrigerator in the room

Noisy and hot.
Don't stay if you are not in the back. Street is noisy all the time, there is a train passing all night. Windows don't block out noise. No air conditioning, so stuck between heat and noise. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

Partiamo dalle cose positive: camera ampia e pulita, colazione buona e abbondante. Lato negativo: camera senza aria condizionata, infissi vecchi e tapparelle malfunzionanti che fanno trasparire luce. I vecchi infissi fanno passare il rumore esterno della ferrovia che ti sveglierà dal mattino presto, se non bastasse alle 7.30 suoneranno le campane della chiesa vicina…

Nice, clean hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and as expected. Good breakfast outside (and inside). Beds hard as expected and the traffic noice was much more than expected

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på dette hotellet. Anbefaler sterkt å booke et superior double room med balkong og hadde utsikt mot sjøen og havnen. Er 8 rom som har den utsikten, fantastisk utsikt og herlig balkong-verdt det. Frokosten var super, mye å velge mellom, supert badebasseng området. Kort vei til stranden og den lille hovedbyen. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personalet. Eneste minusene var, utrolig tregt nett på rommet, litt harde senger og hard pute (ba om en mykere pute og fikk det) og litt lytt fra naborommet. Alt i alt fantastisk hotell som vi gjerne bor på igjen!! Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Nous arrivons de l'Ancora Riviera ou nous sommes descendu 3 nuits durant, l'accueil est très chaleureux, presque familial, tout le personnel est fantastique, les cocktails à l'american bar sont excellent, les chambres sont bien tenues est rigoureusement propres. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, ou pratiquement tous le personnel parle (ou presque) le français. Ne pas hésiter si vous souhaitez visiter les cinque terre. Coté conseils sur les quelques bons resto de Lavagna à l'accueil, à prendre sans modérations. Encore merci pour ce séjour dans votre région... La famille De paris ... Ciao !!! e grazzie

Overnattet 3 netter, veldig hyggelig, svært god frokost, betjeningen var hjelpsom og positiv. Hotellet er pent innredet, ligger ved marinaen i Lavagna og er et godt utgangspunkt for turer i området.

L'hotel è raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione di Lavagna; si trova in una via abbastanza silenziosa, a ridosso del porto ma poco distante dal centro. La camera era accogliente ed abbastanza ampia, con bagno piccolo. Letto molto comodo. Ottima e ricca la colazione; personale molto gentile. Io, personalmente, preferisco altre cittadine della zona, come Chiavari o Sestri Levante, ma se avete deciso per Lavagna, mi sento di consigliarvi questo hotel.

Vicino alla spiaggia di Lavagna
Ottimo hotel, con buon rapporto prezzo-qualità. Vicino alla spiaggia e al porto turistico. Segnalerei soprattutto la silenziosità, almeno per le stanze che affacciano sul porto turistico, che negli alberghi fronte mare in Liguria non è sempre scontata, considerando che ferrovia corre parallela alla litoranea

Très bon hotel près du port
Accueil très sympathique, chambres récemment rénovées avec goût, bon petit déjeuner et à 2 minutes à pied du port de plaisance et 3' du centre. Personnel très flexible pour les horaires (petit déjeuner très tôt) Seuls inconvénients: le bruit du chemin de fer (raisonnable) et le prix du parking au port (malgré la réduction quand on paie à travers l’hôtel). J'y retournerai.
