"Excellent staff who went out of their way to assist me"

"3 people and 3 pets. The cabin was set up so lovely for our stay. I love the layout of 1 bdrm/ 1 bath on both floors. It was perfect for myself down below with easy access to the yard, and the kids upstairs with everything they needed. The yard was great for the pups. The smaller yard (which can be gated off) has many loose boards where our dogs could have easily gotten out, but fortunately we just shut the gate and let them only have access to the larger yard, which was secure. We would definitely stay again. Convenient location, everything we needed and comfortable space for our small group and furbabies!! "

"This was an amazing experience. The space is light and bright and honestly that loft feels heavenly. Just the right amount of space and wow that huge tv up there was so fun!Check in and communication was stellar. Everything is labeled and clean and organized. And of course the area is so beautiful and fresh. Thanks for having us. We loved it!"

"The property does accept pets, although we did not have one this trip. Staff was professional and friendly, we did not need much from them so our interaction was minimal. Room was clean and we had not complaints for concerns. It is nicely located right across from the main hot pools in the town. Everything is with in walking distance which is one of the reasons we love it here. "

"Very nice happy hour and dinner. The hotel mngt appears to be working hard to keep the place nice. Customers need to remember it is a very old hotel so it has its quirks but we very much enjoyed our private hot springs soaks."
