Great place in town to stay!

Property location is great and close walk to things. Had plenty of rooms for everyone to stay. Only drawback is only the dryer was accessible not the washer.

Had a Blast

Perfect Getaway Place for the Whole Family

We love staying at Top of the Town. One of the only places in Lava where our whole family can stay under the same roof. Having two full bathrooms is a blessing when there is 15 people.The house clean and in great condition. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely book again for our next family adventure in Lava.

This is an exceptional property!

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. All the appliances and air conditioning worked very well. All communication with Scott was prompt, and he even accommodated us when a member of our party left something behind. This is a exceptional property.

This place was perfect for what we were needing for our stay in Lava Hot Springs! We loved that they had a BBQ grill and a full sized corn hole game for us to use! They also had other games to play that we didn't use. We liked how clean and put together it was as well as how they had extra cooking equipment like crock pot and other stuff we could use during our stay! And the owner was quick to respond if when we had questions about the property.
