A localização é, sem dúvida, um dos seus pontos mais fortes: fica praticamente ao lado da estação, na mesma avenida, o que torna o deslocamento pela cidade extremamente prático. Também me senti muito segura durante toda a estadia — o prédio é discreto e conta com câmera na entrada, o que transmite ainda mais tranquilidade. Apesar de todos esses pontos positivos, acredito que, pelo valor cobrado, o apartamento poderia receber um pouco mais de atenção em alguns detalhes, especialmente na pintura das paredes, que já demonstra sinais de desgaste e precisa ser renovada. No geral, é uma excelente opção em Lausanne, com ótima localização, conforto e segurança. Com pequenos ajustes na manutenção, ficaria ainda melhor.
