"It has been a very good surprise. The property was very well taken care and very pleasent. Rooms were super clean and confortable... they were very spacious as well! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, at our please, and super fresh products. Local environement / surroundings were super pleasent and calm. "An absolute gem. The Villa is very well appointed with custom finishes and furniture made by the hosts (their profession). It’s private, safe and a stone’s throw from the market for easy food shopping and all the necessities provided for home cooking. We stayed a week and did day trips in all directions. Coming home to the refreshing pool was a cherry on top. Anne and her family, including their very friendly dog, were welcoming and delightful. This is a special place and gets 5 stars on all...

"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "
