Formerly the home of the farm’s working shire horses, this charming cottage has a wood burner and wooden beams with access to many activities on site including coarse fishing, pony rides and Alpaca walks!. Ground Floor:

Nestled in the tranquil countryside on the owner’s wonderful farm, this beautifully crafted cottage offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by the sublime Cornish countryside. Its private patio is a perfect spot for soaking up the serene atmosphere, enjoying morning coffee, or unwinding after a day of adventure beneath the star-studded sky.  
  
Inside, the open-plan living area exudes stylish charm and modern comfort. A well-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, while the country-style dining table invites relaxed meals together, recounting your day’s exploits. The cosy seating area is perfect for kicking back and relaxing and on chilly evenings, the wood-burning stove adds a warm and inviting glow. Upstairs, three delightful bedrooms ensure restful nights. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, while the double and twin bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and versatility, ideal for families and friends. The family bathroom offers a bathtub for indulgent soaks and a separate shower for convenience.  
  
Outside, the cottage and farm grounds offer activities to suit all ages. Try your hand at coarse fishing, enjoy a match on the tennis court, or indulge in rejuvenating beauty treatments. Port Isaac, the charming location known as the fictional home of Doc Martin, offers picture-perfect views.
