"This was a working dairy farm. It was very interesting to see the cows being milked or feeding in the pasture. The buffet breakfast was the best we had on our 10-day trip around Iceland. They had very many offerings. Since it was a dairy farm, they had fresh cheeses and yogurt. The lodging was in log cabins. The beds were very comfortable. Each cabin had parking."

"This is a nice property! Very clean and quiet. We stayed in the guesthouse that was down the road from the property. It has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room which is nice. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. They have a restaurant in n the property which is nice. Breakfast is as included. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even provide everything to make sandwiches to take with you for lunch which is really nice. We were greeted by a little dog which was adorable. Staff is friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. "
"Fosshotel Myvatn was just as promised! Modern, clean, spacious and relaxing. We only spent one evening there but loved it. The beds were comfy, and rooms have everything you could need. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel which was an additional cost to our room, but honestly there are not many options nearby so we decided it was easiest. Delicious dinner at Gamli Baerinn just down the road! And totally enjoyed our soak at Myvatn Nature Baths. "
