"Lack of empathy. After being stuck in 2 blizzard storms with weather warning alerts and road closures on 2 days, there was no way to reach the hotel on check-in date. Other hotels and Airbnb graciously agreed to cancel our booking due to the extenuating weather related circumstances. But this property has no empathy for customers and refuses even a partial refund and blame it on customer for not wanting to make the long drive even if it is not safe for customer to do so. inflexible policies on the part of certain business establishments such leaves a bad impression"

"Beautiful hotel, great location. Need more amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo and body soap combined and thats all they had in the shower. Otherwise everything was amazing."

At first, we were a little nervous because the road seemed quite tricky due to the heavy snow and the buildings looked quite rustic from the outside, but everything went smoothly. The breakfast was lovely as well."
