Please note: the bedroom of the apartment remains closed and inaccessible because I store my personal belongings there.

By transport & on foot: The tram is only a 3-minute walk away at the foot of the building. Local shops can also be reached in 3 minutes.
Montpellier Centre: Less than 10 minutes away.
The Beaches: Accessible in just 10 minutes by tram (followed by 10 minutes by tram).
By car: Ultra-fast access to the A9 motorway, the new Montpellier Sud de France train station and the airport.

Important note: This apartment is my main place to live. I only entrust it to serious, clean people who respect the calm of the area and the care given to the accommodation.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided. Please also come with your own pillows.
Tobacco & Vaping: Strictly forbidden inside the apartment. However, you can smoke and vape freely on the large terrace.
Pets: Not allowed.
Events: Parties, parties and outdoor guests strictly prohibited.
