Located in a quiet spot in the village of Lathuile, just a short walk from the lake, discover a magnificent apartment with mountain views in a new condominium complex featuring a tennis court.
The perfect spot for a family holiday!
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Ideal for 4 people, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, a large terrace with mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room.
The first bedroom features a double bed (200x140 cm) and storage space.
The second bedroom features two single bunk beds (190x90 cm) and storage space.
TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The apartment also features a washing machine/dryer and all necessary baby and children’s equipment (high chair, booster seat, travel cot, toys, etc.).
Close to lakeside restaurants and the bike path connecting Annecy to Albertville.
Linens will be provided for your stay.
No smoking, and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Lathuile is located on the left shore of Lake Annecy, nestled among the mountains. Enjoy the lake, the surrounding ski resorts, and the many mountain hiking trails!
