Every day we had to remind the front desk to clean the room and the last day the cleaning wasn't done at all. The surfaces in the main room weren't wiped and the coffee cups were never replaced. Coffee maker still half full of coffee, Wi-fi useless. Terrible parking for sledders, what you see in pic is all the parking. Staff whom was onsite was friendly enough, but the facility sorely lacking. Not a place for couples or kids!!! Clean rooms. Friendly staff I often stay at this motel when on vacation and every time it is a positive experience. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, just off Highway 11\. The owners are very friendly and accommodating - that matters a lot to me. I've never had problems checking in or out and they've been very flexible with the timing. Definitely the building is not new, but it is well maintained and the rooms are clean, with no odors. The bathrooms are clean too, there is plenty of hot water. The towels are white and very clean. I will definitely stay at this motel again.
