It did feel like an escape room trying to get into the property and you only get the door codes and instructions the day before, but as long as you fully read the instructions its worth it. The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

"This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."
