"I loved this hotel. It is located in a retro building with modern rooms, is very clean and had great service/staff. It is located within walking distance of the Lastarria restaurants and is close the metro. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. "

"We wanted a place to rest and take a shower before our flight at 0300 ub the morning. The room did not have heat. Thus no shower. We slept and left after midnight or so. We were so locked in we would never get out in casa of a fire.. A cold room and no shower. We were disappointed on two fronts."
