Nice food, nice environment.
We enjoyed very much our stay. Not only due to our company but also due to nice beach..... blue clean sea, good food and very nice scenery. It was worth it.

Disappointing aside from the beach
We booked a room with a seperate bedroom, unfortunately we didn't know that we would be placed at the far end of the hotel, the furthest away from the beach. Even with the shuttle service to the main part of the hotel, it still took some time to get to the restaurants and the beach. Our wing looked, just as the surroundings, completely deserted with a minimum of staff. The condition of the room and the wing was cheap to say the least, not in comparison to the other hotels we stayed for this price. Although advertised with wifi, it has to be bought seperately and we couldn't get a signal from our room. The food, both buffet and restaurant, was very disappointing, bland and obviously bought and made in bulk. Our best meal was at a local roadside taverna while exploring the surroundings. The only upside to this was the beautiful black pebble beach, with a kids pool with tons of water slides.

One-Night Stay
Wasn't quite sure about the Village portion of the property when I got there. The Village portion up the mountain was hard to find with little to no signage (had to get directions from the beach staff). However, that all changed soon. First the staff got my family a better room and we proceeded to enjoy both properties, attractions, black beach, food, and atmosphere. We really enjoyed our short there. It would probably help the property if there was better signage/advertisement for the village portion so it feels better connected to the beach property. Overall, great time! Thanks!

La struttura è molto grande ed è composta da due edifici, noi siamo finiti in quello in collina collegato con una navetta alla struttura principale o con una camminata di qualche minuto (al ritorno in salita). Ci sono 4 piscine totali di cui una con gli scivoli, il minigolf e altri giochi. I pasti sono su base internazionale, c’è di tutto e in settimana ci sono la serata italiana e quella greca, darei un giudizio buono sul cibo, più che buono su alcuni piatti, bevande disponibili in diversi bar della struttura per tutta la durata della giornata fino a mezzanotte. Ogni mattina si ha la possibilità di prendere i teli per la spiaggia o la piscina, ci sono ombrelloni e sdraio riservati alla struttura, unica pecca se non si arriva presto si trovano tutti occupati da chi mette i teli e poi magari arrivano al pomeriggio, questo aspetto sarebbe da rivedere come alcuni sdrai sono da sostituire. Il mare è bello in questa zona, acqua limpida e pietrine. La camera è abbastanza ampia, con vasca, tv, frigo e balcone e fortunatamente aria condizionata. Fuori dal villaggio non c’è molto, a parte qualche negozietto e mini market, il paese dove c’è un po’ di vita dista circa 10 km, consiglio vivamente di affittare l’automobile, si può fare direttamente in struttura a prezzi buoni. L’auto vi permetterà, anche, di visitare le splendide spiagge della zona. Il personale l’ho trovato molto gentile e disponibile. Giudizio complessivo più che buono.

Grauenhaftes Hotel mit katastrophalen hygienestand
Zimmer eine reinste Katastrophe, sanitäraneinrichtungen verschmutzt und kaputt, Lampen kaputt,alles schmutzig,duschvorhand lebt schon fast vor lauter Dreck,essen in 9 Tagen so gut wie jeden tag das gleiche und schlecht, selbst die Kinder konnten nach Tag 3 das essen nicht mehr sehen, Pool sieht nett aus von weitem aber der Boden total kaputt, Animation gibt es so gut wie gar nicht, meine kinder wurden fast von einem defekten Tor erschlagen , sportgeräte alle defekt ...

Ξενοδοχείο ξεχασμένο στη δεκαετία το 80.. το φαγητό στοvillage ανεπαρκές και στο beach θύμιζε φαγητο εστίας η λέσχης κατώτερης ποιότητας.. Στην πισίνα με τις τσουλιθρες πλακάκια σπασμένα.. καπάκια σιδερένια να προεξέχουν από το πατώματα όλα αυτά πολύ επικίνδυνα για τα παιδιά μας.. ξαπλώστρα στο δωμάτιο για τα βρεγμένα δεν υπήρχε.. τα μπάνια στο δωματιο μέσα στα άλατα και στην σκουριά.. ζεστό νερό για να κάνουν τα 4 παιδια μας μπάνιο είχαμε κατόπιν έντονων πιέσεων.. Και το χειρότερο απ ολα ήταν ότι σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο δεν πιάνει καμία εταιρεία κινητής.. πράγμα αφύσικο γιατί με το που βγαίνουμε εκτός όλα δουλεύουν ρολόι.. θεωρώ ότι γίνεται σκοπίμως και με δόλο.. μιας και το ίντερνετ το πουλάνε 10 ευρώ την μέρα.. είμαστε ομως οικογένειά με παιδιά και η επικοινωνία ειμί για μας πολύ σημαντική.. Να αναφέρω ότι όλες οι εταιρίες μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα στη περιοχή.. απαράδεκτο να μην μπορούμε στην εποχή μας να έχουμε το αυτονόητο.. Η χειρότερη διαμονή που είχαμε ποτέ.. Δυστυχώς ήταν μια άσχημη εμπειρία .. το μόνο παρήγορο είναι ότι η θάλασσα της περιοχής είναι υπέροχη!!

Esperienza bruttissima
Struttura fatiscente , spirca, senza aria condizionata ne' negli soazi comuni ne' nelle camere. Frigo bar in camera inutile. Pasti terribili offerti in locali caldissimi pieni di mosche e insetti! La pensione completa prevede lunghissime file per bevande calde annacquate e non identificate. Un disastro. Anche la clientela lascia MOLTO a desiderare: siamo capitati con orde di russi chiassosi e sguaiati, senza alcun rispetto per nulla. Unica nota positiva: lo staff della reception che e' stato sempre molto cortese ed educato ed ha cercato di aiutarci in tutti i modi fino a convenire che non potevamo restare in quelle condizioni. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e siamo scappati ! Mai piu'!

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο και σε τόσο καλή κατασταση. Το φαγητό στο all inclusive περιορισμένο σε σχέση με άλλα της περιοχής που έχω επισκεφθεί. Η πισίνα με τις νεροτσουλήθρες και την ψυχαγωγία γενικα πολύ καλές.

Dringend Renovierungsbedürftig!
Beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto, unangenehmer Geruch nach Müll vor dem Hoteleingang. Check in , freundliche Angestellte. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer, alles Alt und Schmutzig, wenig vertrauenserweckender Fahrstuhl. Im Zimmer war leider auch alles alt und schmutzig. Sehr enttäuchend!!!!! Wir sind nicht geblieben, haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht!!!

Hotel 4 etoiles mais en réalité 2 seulement!!
Déçue de l hotel, le personel est juste compétant et parle allemand ou russe, les restau: c est la cantine, plage de galets et transat et parasol en mauvais état. Les 4 étoiles sont une arnaque!!

ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΗ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ ΣΤΟ SUNSHINE CRETA VILLAGE
Οι υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου και το προσωπικό ήταν άψογα. Η παραλία απίστευτη. Χρειάζεται μια μικρή βελτίωση στην ποιότητα των snaks και των αναψυκτικών που προσφέρονται. Επίσης οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου, ειδικότερα των δωματίων και των κοινόχρηστων wc έχουν φθαρεί με τον χρόνο. Γενικότερα όμως, ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή την οποία θα την επαναλάβω και δικαιολογεί τα χρήματα τα οποία για all inclusive ήταν λογικά σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα που έψαξα στο διαδίκτυο. Θεωρώ ότι μου πρόσφερε πολύ περισσότερα από ότι αρχικά είχα υπολογίσει.

Bien mais aucun intérêt d'y séjourner + de 4 jours
Ayant fait un tour de la Crète pdt notre séjour, nous avons pu comparer avec d'autres hotels. La région n'est pas la plus intéressante, d'autant que l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone quasi désertique où sans véhicule vous trouverez le temps très long. En arrivant, nous avons découvert que l'hôtel est divisé en 2 parties : - une "haute" : côté montagne, convenable (essentiellement des Français), - une "basse" : côté mer, top et très classe (essentiellement des Allemands). Une navette gratuite relie les 2 toutes les 10'. Nous étions dans celui du haut et nos bracelets All Inclusive ne donnent accès au réfectoire du bas (de meilleure qualité) QUE le mercredi soir. Quant aux restaurants, oubliez-les si vous n'êtes pas à la réception à 8h pile la veille pour réserver. Dans l'hôtel du haut, absolument aucune animation en journée, ni le soir (pourtant au pic de la haute saison) et rien pour les enfants car pas d'animateur au mini-club. Seul l'hôtel du bas offre ces prestations, mais uniquement en allemand. Le Plus : les piscines du bas car toboggans pour les enfants, accès directe à la mer, musique et ambiance nettement plus vivante qu'en haut. La nourriture est peu variée et trop internationale, triste pour celui désireux de découvrir le régime crétois. Notre conseil : vous pouvez y descendre, mais n'y séjournez pas trop lgtps et surtout louez une voiture. Le personnel est sympathique et la propreté est au rdv, mais cela ne suffit pas.
