Quite good, but not what I think is five stars

First of all, its a good hotel and you cant do anything wrong by choosing it. The greeting was warm and welcoming, including a glass of champagne and cold refreshing towels. The golf-cart transfer to our room (deep blue junior suite) was seamless, the nice guy explained shortly the function of the AC and the room. The room size itself is big, including a sofa, but not a seperated living area. The bathtub is IN the room, FYI. Anyway, the view from our room was amazing, although just a very few rooms have this kind of "beach front" view. The breakfast has a general variety, but nevertheless there seems to be very little in variation (stayed there for a week). Freshly squeezed orange juice is availably direct from the squeeze-machine. Nice. So what are the negatives? Call me spoiled, the hotel is generally in a good condition, but at some places (pools, restaurant etc.) you feel the age. They have no electric curtains. There was no picture or painting inour room. The parking lot looks like third-world-garbage place. The Hotel beachis quite small and crowded. The snack quailty at the pool bar poor. Bottom line: more a good 4,5 Star Hotel. Good for Southern European Standards, you most likely will not be dissapointed, but generally not a true 5 star experience.

Amazing. Only complain was that there were blond hairs in the bed and we both have dark hair. Since we only noticed on the last day, we did not mentioned it to the front desk.

Loved this hotel. Great breakfast, great water for swims, lagoon for 'fish spa,' great beach bar, lots of swimming pools, very helpful staff, sea view bungalow was fantastic. It's possible to upgrade to private pool sea view bungalow for only 50 euros. Fabulous place.

Early season stay,

Our stay was very early in the season, we arrived two days after opening and the hotel was quiet. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a sea view bungalow which gave us a fantastic view of the gardens and the beautiful bay. The breakfast buffet was superb but because the hotel was so quiet the only restaurant open in the evening was the main buffet which very good but expensive.

hotel close to the sea (not a real beach)

my room wasn't ready at my arrival at 02:30am they gave me a suite then at 1:30pm i switched for another room and they gave me a standard room (back of the hotel, close to air conditioning main system, up to the reception noisy room due to live music every night) ... for remind, I had booked (and payed) for a standard bungalow. main restaurant =industrial food. this hotel is not a five stars !!

המלון נראה מקסים. שופע בריכות מים. מומלץ להזמין חצי פנסיון - ההפרש אינו גדול אך ארוחה בודדת מאוד יקרה. הארוחות מעולות. מבחר ושפע רב. נקי מאוד. צוות אדיב מאוד. חדר הרחצה בחדרים בהם היינו גרוע מאוד- המים מתיזים ולאחר כל רחצה היינו צריכים להזמין את שירות החדרים שיבואו לנגב את ההצפה. הם הודו שהבעיה בתכנון גרוע של החדרים. דווקא החדרים הפשוטים יותר לא סובלים מהבעיה אלא רק החדשים.
