Heated pool per request. I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting. IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! The property is located in a working-class community, and it’s a pretty safe area with the friendly neighbors and close to the Strip. The property's street view is attached to the photos. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a sofas. The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected. The property is equipped with 4 security video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard). Inside the house is a noise detector. It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's. 6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip) Please note: Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside. There is no pool heating fee in the summer. In May, September, and October, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $95.00\. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $65.00\. During the cool season from November to April, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $150.00\. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $95.00\. Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated. Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult. The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working. You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either. Living room light switches are on the back side of the kitchen cabinets under the countertop. The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time. That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you. No smoking inside the house! Penalty 250.00$ NO PARTY/Gathering NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION. No unauthorized guests on the property. All guests and visitors must be pre-approved before arriving at the property. All other property details (check-in/out instructions, home lighting, pet policy, etc.) will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival. All pets must be pre-approved and fit in the following category: Non-vocal, light-shedding, potty-trained, non-chewers, and non-aggressive. NO PETS ON FURNITURE. It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. The pet fee is $75.00 per trip for each pet (for the 2nd dog may apply a discount). The vacuum hose is installed to clean the bottom of the pool. Improper removal and reinstallation of this vacuum hose by the guest will result in air being introduced into the pool pump, which causes permanent damage to the water pump. Please leave it in the water and do not tamper with the vacuum hose. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Clean spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to fast food and supermarket. Very safe enclosed backyard for my dogs. Backyard is very pretty. We whipped up some delicious meals in the kitchen. Ruben was an absolute pleasure to chat with, his responses were incredibly prompt. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away, and being near the highway made it extremely convenient for all our travel plans. We will definitely be back to stay here again. ##### Kenny B. We made a great Thanksgiving dinner at the house. Family enjoyed swimming in the pool. There was enough room for everyone. Our family made great memories while staying at this house. Comfortable and lots of room for 3 of us. Backyard is spacious with grill and seating. The pool is excellent!!!! Getting around is pretty straight forward and Uber was great for getting us back and forth to Freemont Street etc. We would be book again! Cheers! ##### Paul B. Many of the houses in the neighborhood doors and windows are protected with Steel Bars that was a cause for concern. We wished we would have broufgt our electric skillet. Cooking breakfast on the small utnnsiles was difficult. There should be instructions given before arrival and then in the home on operating the Televisions. There is no TV provider, only Internet. You must have a Roku or similar device and your account information for Direct TV , Hulu, Prime, etc. Ruben was great and help us with questions. ##### Roy V K. Negatives: - Neighborhood is in the ghetto. - Some lights and outlets coming off wall due to incorrect installation. - Front door deadbolt does not lock - Kitchen fridge has no working ice machine or water. - Furniture looked really beat up - Beds were horrifically uncomfortable - Bed sheets and comforters were not very nice - Can opener was broken - Sliding door latch locks were useless - Sliding door in locks were - No door on master bathroom - Tankless hot water heater sounds like a truck running any time you run the water. ##### Jason P. No remote for master bedroom tv. Nice kitchen . Refrigerator does not work well, which is unfortunate for such a high hot temperature state. Close to strip which is nice . Cameras are front and back by yard by pool. Constantly are being watched, and under supervision, excessively contacted By owner. Front door much trash and bugs . Backyard by cabana is just not clean area I saw glass and bugs. Grill area seems unsanitary and saw cigarette buds. Master bathroom has no door. House is highly secured and attached by three locks front doors. And sliding doors. believe it’s to prevent break in’s due to the unexpected surroundings that are left out . The house is sketchy neighborhoods is in the ghetto . Homeless campent close by the house 3 houses down. Unsafe area filled homelessness and drug addiction, prostitue , trash littering. You can see this as soon as you step outside your door. Definitely not for me . Especially when you’re going on vacation and end up in the ghetto hood . And you’re paying to watch your back and personal items are not stolen or broken in. While staying there . Enjoyed the pool some what do to being supervised by the cameras. ##### Lilly G.
