This fully equipped one-story home, built in 2018, offers an ideal blend of relaxation, functionality, and style. Nestled on a spacious half-acre lot in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Harry Reid International Airport, Viva Oasis is the perfect base for families, golfers, tournament attendees, and anyone looking to enjoy everything Las Vegas and Henderson have to offer.  
The interior of the home is thoughtfully designed for both elegance and ease. The chef-inspired kitchen features a striking waterfall island, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel Electrolux appliances. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the expansive living room, highlighted by 12-foot-wide sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and create a smooth connection to the outdoors. Crown-molded ceilings, quartz countertops, and upscale finishes throughout elevate the home's style and comfort.  
With four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home easily accommodates groups of all sizes. The luxurious master suite features a spa-like bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, one room has two queen beds, the other features a single queen. The fourth bedroom, located in the Next Gen suite, is ideal for families with children and includes two sets of bunk beds and a pull-out couch. This space also doubles as a fun game and hangout area, perfect for video game lovers.  
Entertainment is at the heart of Viva Oasis. Guests can enjoy a full-size pool table, classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Street Fighter II Champion Edition, and large smart TVs placed throughout the home for relaxing movie nights or game days. High-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating areas, and thoughtful décor make this a space where you can truly unwind.  
Step outside and you'll find a private backyard retreat featuring a professionally maintained four-person hot tub, perfect for stargazing or starting the day with a peaceful soak. While the backyard currently offers open space for games and relaxation, please note that outdoor creation is still underway. Plans are in place for a stunning resort-style pool and a versatile multi-sport court designed for basketball, pickleball, and street hockey. Though not yet completed, these future amenities reflect our continued investment in making Viva Oasis an even more extraordinary experience.
