It’s Vegas Baby!! Our incredible 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath vacation rental home is waiting for you!
Located less than 10 min from the buzz of the Las Vegas strip, McCarren Airport and the home of the Las Vegas Raiders! Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 with very reasonable rates to all of the Las Vegas action.
From the crystal-clear pool and spa to the incredible 3,400 sq ft home this is your vacation destination.
A spacious kitchen is complete with appliances and cookware, laundry room, 2 separate living areas, and a game room with poker table, bumper pool and foosball. There’s even a casino video poker machines! (not for money just for fun ) The enormous living room and plenty of room to spread out in the large upper loft. Super-fast Wi-Fi.
Swimming in our resort style pool. or sitting on the Baja shelf with a cold beverage is the ultimate fun in the sun. The spa is heated to an enjoyable 102 from 6 to 10 nightly *POOL IS NOT HEATED*Please inquire for additional charge for pool to be heated.(Out of respect for our neighbors the spa will shut off at 10 pm. ) Sit back and enjoy our incredible patio, equipped with a 5-burner grill and table seating for 6, patio sofa, 2 gliding swivel chairs and fire table
We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.
We invite you to enjoy our fabulous home, we also request you treat our home and our neighbors with respect. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE*! Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud music and or large parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate eviction and or lose of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed and all deposits will be lost if violated.

Home was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed that the jacuzzi was automatically heated every night. The game room was awesome we had so much fun. Super close to Aligiant stadium we had tickets there. Easy drive and parked in H . A good time was had by all!

BOOK THIS RENTAL‼This home is Better than the photos! 5 minutes away from the strip, has everything you need and more! Clean, has laundry supplies, pool floaties and goggles, simple easy directions for check-in/out. Answered all questions I had, very kind and super helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Stay in Vegas for Grandson’s graduation

It was a perfect space to gather for our family. Plenty of room and the 3 boys ages 9-12 loved the pool and the “slots” the location was ideal for the activities we attended for the graduation and easy access to the airport.

My family had a great stay at this house. It has plenty of room. Close to the strip. Close to the airport. Stores close by. The pool and spa were great! Host answers questions quickly. Would stay there again for sure.

We had our entire family of 8, all married couples, stay here for a long weekend. It was perfect. Close to everything and very convenient. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable.

Weekend Retreat

Perfect Vegas family home

Great house, so clean and comfortable! It suited our entire family, from the 21st bday girl, to the sweet grand baby! Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the house was fun and relaxing! Loved the mini casino and all the pool toys!

The house was very spacious and clean on arrival. Kitchen size was good for cooking and pool was nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood and stores within walking distance made the stay very pleasant.

Great Location for Annual Soccer Tournament

The communication was great before and during our stay. It worked out great for location from the James Regional soccer complex, plus having the spa and pool were excellent! The location of the house was in a quiet residential area, but near shopping and eating places.

Our favorite Vegas property

We always stay here when we are in Vegas and feel so much at home here! The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The property is clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are just as fantastic as pictured, and the beds very comfortable! Also close to the airport and everything you could want in Vegas.

Great property in a great location

A group of us came down for a golf trip. This house has plenty of room for four grown men and is really centrally located to get anywhere you need to get in Vegas metro. Clean, comfortable and the hosts were great to work with. Will keep this on my favorites list for sure!

Perfect for our stay in Vegas

Short family vacation, Short drive to the strip and everything we wanted to do. The house fit us perfectly and felt at home. Towels for the pool and bathrooms provided along with almost everything you can think of in the kitchen Only thing was wish the pool was heated. Host was quick to respond to any text messages

We had a great stay. The location is great for shopping and being near the strip. The house was spacious and the pool was amazing! We had a problem with the door handle and the host responded immediately, got us into the house another way, and sent a locksmith. We all had a great time and would go back!

Great stay would do it again

The house was great! We came for a 10U Hockey tourney and it was the perfect spot. There is a Target within walking distance, within 20 mins of fiesta and Henderson ice rinks. The pool was fantastic for the boys. The house had lots of room to spread out. The only thing I would say is bring a Roku stick or an amazon fire stick for the TV down stairs.

A fun oasis retreat

Blue diamond ranch made everything about or holiday in Vegas better! This property lived up to every expectation, it's represented well in all the photos. The home was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, pool was crystal clear and inside was a comfortable temperature. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and responded promptly. Have no hesitation in saying here, I know I won't. Thank you!

Great location for both airport and strip!

In Vegas for the NFR. Easy Uber to strip, airport, Thomas & Mack, and South Point (all around 10 minutes). Plenty of room for 3 couples without being cramped! This place actually had satellite TV, which is nice for the old-schoolers that are not into all the streaming!!!😂😂 We are picky about beds (like them firm)…these were a little softer than we would’ve liked, but are still good beds!!! Would definitely book again!!

Couldn't be happier!

This was actually our second time staying at this property, since we had such a great time during our first stay! Dena and Andy are wonderful hosts and their property is stunning. The location is simply perfect, a short drive to The Strip, minutes from everything worth doing in Vegas, yet the neighborhood is quiet enough to feel like the middle of nowhere. The entire property is gorgeous, the beautiful pool is a fun and serene way to beat the heat, and the inside is amazingly furnished. As someone who enjoys cooking, this is hands down my favorite kitchen in any house I've ever seen! If you're planning on visiting Las Vegas, you'd be doing yourself a favour by considering this lovely home for your vacation rental. My family and I visit every year and we usually prefer to try a different rental home each time. But we unanimously agreed to stay here again when we saw it was available! That's how much we love this house and these hosts.
