Urban hip retreat with pool and huge back yard

A beautiful home, with a huge private backyard. Enjoy the entire home as if it were your own. Custom finishes throughout. My home is located near shops and is a 25 min Uber ride to the strip. The home is great for both kids and adults! We ask that you notify us if there are more than 2 vehicles that need to park at the property.

The property manager was attentive and accommodating. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Overall nice place. Does need a little TLC, touch ups on paint, patio door hardware and light switches/lights but overall pretty good.

Great Location to explore Summerlin

We had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Summerlin. The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay.The backyard is huge and it has a great pool. We loved our trip so much, we are moving to Summerlin :)

Best vacations ever

The house was better than on the website. We arrived and a flowers bouquet was on the table. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The garden was beautiful and so well maintained. The furniture around the pool were very comfortable. Few minutes after our arrival we were already in the pool.Ari was very quick to answer oir messages. It was close to red canyon,the stores, ... dont think twice.you wont be desappointed.

Perfect family getaway

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood . Stores are in walking distance. The host thought of everything possible to make the stay comfortable ie; seasonings, sun block, pool toys ect. My favorite was the backyard oasis. The host was very responsive. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great change of pace vs. hotels

Three coworkers and I stayed at this home rather than a hotel, as we typically do. The home was very nice, super clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but we did especially like the living room area, which has tons of seating. We will definitely look into staying here again when we come back to the Vegas area.

I had a great experience at this residence. Good communication with the owner, house was in good shape and had everything I needed, the back yard is huge with nice landscaping and a heated pool. Looks even better in person. A 25 minute ride to the strip. Will use this home again when visiting LV.

Baseball getaway

Came down for my son’s baseball games. Wasn’t at the property to much but it was clean and comfortable! Pool was great, little old school arcade game was awesome for the kiddos and me lol. Overall and nice property. Could use some touch ups here and there but was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Gorgeous Back Yard

This home was a great alternative to a hotel for a week-long trade show stay. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator that was promptly resolved by the house manager. The star attraction clearly is the backyard with a pool. hot tub, and garden. We were given access to high-voltage outlet to charge our Tesla. The only minor complaint is the street noise from the busy road that sits behind the backyard fence. A perfect location for accessing the convention center and the Strip.

Family Holiday

This house had enough space that was perfect for our family get together. The large TV and the power reclining sofa was a bonus. We cooked all our meals in a well designed kitchen. We would have appreciated better equipped kitchen with tools for cooking, serving bowls etc. The hot tub was enjoyed but wished it was hotter and stayed hot. The mattresses could have been firmer. The outdoor garden space was beautiful and enjoyed by all including our pet dog. Rarely do we meet the owner when we rent a vacation home, but Ari was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour and information about the house. Overall, the house had a lot of great features that made our stay comfortable.

Great host, rough property

First off, host was great in reserving and communicating. Easy check in and out as well. Now the downsides. Property is very used. You can see it just about everywhere. Property was not very clean. We dripped a little perfume on the bathroom hard floor and quickly cleaned it up. Tissue was almost black after we wiped it up, with lots of little hairs on it. House smells as though it has been smoked in and the scent is being covered up as well. Lastly, the sounds. Being so close to a busy street is a problem. It was very loud in the master bedroom at all hours of the night. Also, there was some sort of ‘water pump’ sound that was loud off and on that could also be heard from the master bedroom. In summary, great host, rough property.

Ali is wonderful, the hot tub leaves something to be desired

Ali was great to work with and the house is in reasonable shape. The pool heater worked well (temps were in the low 60s during the day) but the hot tub was not usable. The hot tub never heated up after initially using it. We left the cover on for 24 hours and it still couldn't return to 95+ degrees. If you take the cover off (ie use it), the temp very quickly drops and it takes hours (days if you leave the cover off very long) to recover. Ali explained it was a 110v hot tub which just takes a long time to heat up.....which I can confirm.

Clean and convenient

We stayed in the house over Thanksgiving while visiting my sister in Summerlin. We spent most of our time with family at my sister's house, and having this space close by for our family to sleep was nice. We enjoyed it much more than staying in nearby hotel. Communication with the host was great. We needed help with something, and the host got right back to me and took care of it. Some details folks might care about: Two plug-in air fresheners gave the place an overwhelming fragrance. We found them and unplugged them and the strong scent dissipated. The bed in the master is softer than I prefer, but I slept fine. The secondary beds sagged in the middle with a teen/adult on them. They are better for smaller kids, but my adult/teenage kids slept fine. Also, my kids noticed the secondary bath upstairs has a hot water safety on the shower so the water only gets warm - great for little kids, but my big kids used the downstairs shower or master shower which do not have a hot water safety.
