Amazing House Perfect for a 50th Birthday

This house was great, plenty of space for the 30 people I invited for my 50th Birthday. Lots of easy hang out areas. Full Kitchen plus my guests loved the snacks and coffee station. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place for a large group

This house was perfect for big group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We had kids in our group and the foos ball table, air hockey table, and pool table were a hit. It was nice to also have two kitchens to store and prepare food. The couches and beds were all comfy and well kept up. Super close the to the strip and too bad of a Uber ride. Highly recommend would come back again for sure !

Amazing find on very short notice!

Our host Brian was a 10/10. We were so happy you were able to accommodate us on short notice. The house is very unique and makes everyone feel inclusive and a part of the experience. The pool and backyard accommodations are wonderful. You also have the option to close a bedroom door for quiet time or take a spot on a couch and read a book. The front large table is great for games and eating however don’t plan to sit long as most of the chairs need to be replaced. They are worn and not very comfy any longer. Both kitchens could use a few more cups/plates and mention to future renters to bring paper and plastic cups. The 2nd kitchen faucet needs either a new faucet or to check the hot water and pressure. It’s so nice to have a place to do laundry but don’t plan on taking a nap, the washer sounds like it is banging during all spin cycles. There are a few bathrooms that could use some little finishing touches. More towel bars or hooks for hanging. Our shower door did not stay closed while occupied creating a little wet rug. Some others had bath fan issues that could use a little love. I’m sure some other ladies could add comments but these were just some I heard mentioned during our 30+ all girls trip that was as fabulous as the company we were in. Thank you so much for having us.

Stay at TUF House

Our group had a fantastic stay at the TUF House. We really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for our group. Our company attends a trade show in Las Vegas in January every year and this is the 3rd year in a row we have rented from 777Rentals. They have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back.

Overall, it's ideal for a large group, but I recommend providing basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil for simple cooking or breakfast. The internet connection was unstable, as we had to reset it frequently.

Great for large groups

16 golfers spent 5 nights. Plenty of room for all and plenty to do even though we didn't make use of all it. The golf green was a great way to hang out outside and still have some friendly competition. As was the outside pool area. T he location was great as well from the strip, airport and golf courses.
