Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older. • EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check-in/out depend on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Early check-in: $25/hr. Late checkout is $50/hr. Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine.
