Sand Volleyball And Orange Turf...This Is Vegas!

This ranch style, open floor plan home with glorious outdoor space is perfectly placed 4 miles to zip lining at the Fremont Street Experience and 8 miles to the fountains of Bellagio to afford a great night out and relaxing days at your private pool. I’ve been hosting guests for over 9 years and truly love it. I live next door, so if you need anything during your stay, I'm literally a hollar away. If not, I let you enjoy all this house has to offer.

Please NOTE: This home is fully licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a Legal Short Term Rental. No worries about the authorities closing it down and ruining your vacation plans. Being licensed does come with lodging taxes. Those are included in all quotes. No surprises.

I rent only here on VRBO/Home Away and the other big player. If you see my house/pictures on others sites, it's a scam. Please do not be scammed. .

Had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The host was very responsive and accomodated an early check-in for us. The home is spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we might need. The back yard is huge and perfect for hanging out relaxing and playing games. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this place.

This was by far the best place we've stayed in Las Vegas away from the Strip. The home is spacious, pet-friendly, and features a large common area and bedroom—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for light cooking and BBQs, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending our evenings in the clean, inviting yard and pool area. The owner lives nearby, which made check-in and checkout smooth and hassle-free. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Great place to get away from the strip when you need a break, and bring the dogs or kids. Great back yard oasis and only 15 minutes from the strip. Owner lives next door and is very responsive. Well equipped home has all your needs covered. Our dogs loved it too!

Better than we expected, right down to the personal service from the owner! House is clean inside and out with lots of seating for our large group. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable & very well stocked.Outside seating and pool is fabulous, thank you for a great experience.

Amazing stay for our family!

We stayed here for a week while getting married at the Bellagio. Our two year old son LOVED this house (more than our own I think!). All the amenities were as described, the pool and outdoor area were the best part of our trip and Doug was very kind and responsive!

Best Girls Trip EVER!!!

Checking in was a breeze, and our stay was Awsome!!! Anyone looking to rent a house in Vegas should book this one! Close to Fremont and the strip but far enough away to enjoy the company you go with. Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Lucky in Vegas!

This property is beautiful and so clean! Our family really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. The spacious back yard was perfect for hanging with our friends who were visiting. We spent a lot of time around the huge island sharing meals and laughs. The owner was so helpful and kind. We really lucked out finding this amazing property!

Amazing property

This property has everything! Lots of space inside and out. The outdoor living space is amazing with several areas to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Perfect Vegas getaway

The kids wanted to swim for their spring break so we drove down to the warmer weather and spent a week relaxing at Doug’s place. Everything was fantastic and Doug is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. Plenty of room in the house for a family of six, tons to do in the backyard and pool, plus super easy 10-15 minute access to Vegas activities.

Super Bowl getaway

Very nice property, very clean and well stocked. Even during the super bowl weekend, we were able to get Ubers within 10 minutes. The backyard would be great if the weather was warmer. Very satisfied.

Had a great time at this property. Rarely is the house as described or photographed. This was very accurate, owner was responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the details with little things like multiple chargers by the beds, directions for use on items in the house, clear checkout instructions. Lots of ways to relax in the back yard. I would stay again!

Best VRBO!!!

We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!
