Rock climbers love the atmosphere and proximity to great climbing sites around Vegas. The house has a unique interior design, an outdoor pool, and a backyard garden with hummingbirds flying from flower to flower. Close to everything: Tivoli Village, Downtown Summerlin, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Albertsons, Target. Gulf courses and tennis courts are all 5 minute drive More info about the space: Unique design and personal touch, 3-bedroom single-family home with a comfy fireplace, 49'' smart TV (HDMI, Wifi, USB), full kitchen, 2 fridges, dishwasher , microwave, laundry room washer/dryer. Outdoor patio seating area around a pool & spa. No parties/weddings Spa heated up to $100 Gas bill per month (over 2 times our regular monthly bill and we are 4 people), higher bills are paid by guests. We had many guests and it never happens if you remember to turn the heater off when you finish using the spa ;-) Pool not heated. Security camera installed at the back yard. Guest access We either meet you in person or leave you a lock box code. Easy. Other things to note Swim in the pool and use the hot tub at your own risk.
