This was a very nice place to stay. The location was idea, close to the strip as well as everything else we wanted to do in our stay. The house was well stocked with everything need for a 5 day stay.

a group of us were in town for festival and this place worked out perfect for us. Centrally located and easy to hit all areas we intended to visit. communication was great and we were able to check in early. The pool was nice to have and the other amenities in the house made our stay great

Very nice house

House is in good condition and a nice neighborhood. Really liked it was a block away from Griffs pool hall. Showed up there on a Tuesday night and probably 5 to 6 pro tour player's was there playing. Great experience and the Host was awesome to work with.

The house was laid out perfectly for our large family so that we weren’t all on top of each other. Everything was nice & clean. Comfy beds in each room. Average Lyft price to the strip was about $15 so that was great. Communication with host was excellent! Overall a very nice stay & would definitely recommend!

Spacious, fully loaded property with everything you need.

Located 10 minutes from the strip.Very clean, nicely furnished house. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of stuff to keep you entertained with pool table, basketball, and cable subscription. Owner was accommodating and professional. Plenty of parking and good security to get into the house.

Amazing family fun

This was the perfect property for seven of us to spend celebrating a 50th birthday to 21st birthdays 30th birthday and a 25th wedding anniversary. It is close enough to the strip to have a lot of fun but you have your privacy when you want it. The pool table And pool was enjoyed by all. Nice quiet neighborhood and grocery store nearby. All the beds were comfortable we would definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. Beds were great, extra comforters, fans in each room. Appreciated plenty of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Complimentary coffee, keurig and a coffee maker. Pool table, basketball. Had a little trouble figuring out the TV, wasn’t sure how to find just local channels. Would stay here again!

Fun weekend with the guys

Worked great for staying at home or going out. Uber rides $10-30 to the strip (depending on traffic me of day) Get groceries and cook and grill. We saved a ton of $and ate what we wanted. Buy liquor. Headed into downtown. Regular sized drinks are $20/each Pregame a good 👍 idea

Had a group of 11 for my 30th birthday and it was a great place. Very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories. Pool was great. Basketball shooting machine and pool table both got a lot of use. Mattresses were very soft memory foam. Negatives: hot tub was maybe 1 degree warmer than the pool water, and the A/C in the house can't go below 74. Other than that, no complaints.

Location Couldn’t Have Been Better

Great location to all if our favorite LV activities! Most within a 15 min car ride. 5 of us had a fantastic week stay. Could of used more coffee cups and plates, but very functional kitchen. Lower bedroom slept "hot." Had problems with 3 TVs that didn't work and issue was NEVER resloved. Clean pool but cold spa. LOVED the location and safety gate and locking systems in place. We ALL enjoyed the house.

Beautiful House with Pool

The house was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed the house. It was a perfect distance from the strip and all other shops. We also took advantage of the pool after a hot day. It being July the temperatures averaged 118F. Sleeping was a little bit uncomfortable. The air is not properly balanced making it really warm in the bed rooms and cool in the common areas. Hint all the fans in the closets in every bedroom. I would rent this house again, just not in the summer time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
