Your corner unit with Red Rock views awaits in Las Vegas' premier Summerlin neighborhood. This stylish townhome offers 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. Plus, there's an additional sofa bed with multiple throw blankets in the living room for maximum comfort. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, two with bathtubs, and one has an oversized shower.
Each bathroom comes equipped with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and hair dryers for added convenience. The main bathroom also has an area for makeup application, a linen cupboard, and a separate water closet.
This beautiful property offers plenty of space for guests to relax after a day of hiking at Red Rock canyon. Take a dip in the heated community pool or unwind in the jetted spa. Dine and relax on our rooftop deck with sunset views of the mountains. As the evening gets cooler, take a five-minute walk to one of the wonderful restaurants at Red Rock Casino, or the adjacent downtown Summerlin. The grocery store is only a half mile walk up the street for those nights you prefer to cook, and Saturday morning boasts a shaded, farmer's market across the street.
Other attractions include: miles of bike paths; gambling, bowling and a Movie Theatre at Red Rock Casino; Shopping in downtown Summerlin; Las Vegas ball park hosting The Las Vegas Aviators, a top minor league baseball team, and of course, The Strip, Lake Mead water sports and The Hoover Dam a short drive away.
