Pool can be heated for the price of $500 during the cold months. Wifi, Smart Tv's, fully stocked kitchen. Ready for your arrival. Primary room king bed Bedroom 2 queen bed Den/Room Bunk with full on bottom and twin on top. The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is via keypad, so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security. We have Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a time share. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. — IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. You will have full access to the home including open parking, pool and all amenities. (Garage is not available)
