Room was comfortable, and wonderfully centrally located for all our activities in Vegas. Valet parking made getting off strip and to further destinations a breeze. Communication with the property managers was some of the most efficient and swift responses I’ve ever seen, and greatly appreciated. We utilized the small fridge in the room for breakfasts and snack. Managers checked in to make sure all was going well mid visit. The pools were great to relax at and short walks from the towers to breakfasts, shopping and fine dining. We chose it because it was non smoking, no casino, adult pool, Starbucks downstairs, lounge and we used the tram to go to other casinos on the same side of the strip. It was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, lots of hangars in the closet, plenty of sitting area, didn't even use the kitchenette, nice to have a fridge. The shower was great, didn't use the spa tub. The bathroom was huge. The staff throughout the building were so nice and helpful. Always serving you with a smile on their face and eager to please. The valet were super friendly and we never had to wait for our vehicle. Matt (with whom we booked) was exceptional with his communication. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.
