We've stayed at these private, Signature double-units for many years now - at least a half dozen times across several different rental management groups. In general these units tend to get worn from all the use; and while you won't find any of them updated: if you like the layout like we do, it's not a problem. This particular dual-unit was cleaner than most, also communication with the rental group was immediate. There was one minor issue with the plumbing making noises, but it wasn't disruptive & I imagine they had it fixed after we checked out. Still can walk to a lot of the strip. Uber/taxi is a bit of a challenge unless you call ( they don’t hang out outside like they do at the hotels). Access to the MGM pool was great.
