Welcome to your Ultimate Las Vegas Getaway. Unwind at this cozy, modern and spacious home with vaulted ceilings which flood the space with natural light. All furnishings have been lovingly selected to provide an upscale contemporary feel. Enjoy a large private backyard oasis with private pool and spa, surrounded by large lush trees, real grass and unobstructed sunset view. Although minutes away from shops, restaurants, airport and the Las Vegas strip, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Total and complete renovation, everything in the home is brand new including the Pool and Spa and has been kindly and thoughtfully remodeled to present an experience of upscale casual elegance. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, Nespresso for the coffee connoisseurs in your group.   
  
The home features 5 bedrooms all equipped with King Size Bed, 4 baths and 3 car garage. There is space to comfortably accommodate 10 people.

We had an incredible stay at this home in Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The house was super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed—plus a few thoughtful extras that made our trip even better.The backyard was a highlight for us. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, the lanai provided a great shaded hangout spot, and the view was beautiful—especially in the evening. It was such a peaceful and comfortable space to spend time in.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. We were just a short drive from anything we needed—groceries, restaurants, and entertainment—all within easy reach, no matter the time.And Dani, our host, was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Las Vegas. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d love to come back!

#### A SUPERB STAY! 

Our family of five + our best friends (family of three) came out to Vegas for a huge baseball tournament. My husband is still recovering from ACL surgery, so staying on the strip wasn't in the cards for us. We booked this home as it was priced to similar costs of a resort stay. The VRBO ratings, room/guest count and pool/spa/yard were also key features when deciding to book - as we found them of great value for families w/children on travel. The communication with the host was FIVE STAR (she was really amazing). Anything we needed, she was quick to respond. The home was very clean - well stocked with kitchen items - plenty of bedding/towels. Laundry available for use. The home is situated on an oversized lot - allowing plenty of backyard privacy - with no neighbors behind. My kids raved about the comfortable beds - spacious rooms - plenty of bathrooms. I LOVED having coffee on the patio watching the sunrise and gorgeous sky/Mountain Views. Overall a fantastic stay! Absolutely will return when/if we find ourselves in Vegas again!

We had a fantastic time! House was clean, beds super comfy! Pool was super fun and great kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and great views of mountains!

#### Great Family & Friends Weekend!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Dani was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. We were two families whose daughters are best friends; we had come out to watch a NCAA Women's Hockey Tournament but we wanted to make a home base to celebrate Thanksgiving together. There was plenty of space for our two families to enjoy time together and still retreat into private spaces as needed. The home provided all we needed including an opportunity for our girls to play in the pool and spa. Thanks for everything, Dani!
