The property is well-maintained and gated. A great place to come home to and relax. Guests can enjoy amenities such as the community pool (right in front of the condo) and gym which is close to the unit. \*\*IMPORTANT\*\* Our HOA requires a copy of your ID and signed contract within 48 hours of booking. By proceeding to book, you agree to this and to the house rules below: \- Please be mindful of the 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM quiet time. \- Charcoal and gas grills are strictly prohibited on the patio by the HOA. However, there is plenty of bbq grill by the pool. \- You may not hang anything on the patio per the HOA rule. \- All visitors MUST have prior approval from us the host. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the condo. \- Under any circumstances, you must NOT cover, reposition, or tampered with the ring doorbell and patio cameras. Located in a nice quiet and peaceful community, it is located centrally near anything you could need. The condo was well-kept and clean, and is a great spot to live for any reason for your stay. Engelie was a great host and was always available to communicate over the phone. I would recommend this property to anyone! Very thankful for my time in this condo and community. ##### David M.
