Problem was we didn’t know it was a 3rd floor walk up. Since we are seniors and my friend is handicapped it was a challenge. Nowhere in the listing could I find reference to that. I’ll take the blame for not asking that question prior to renting. Soon after we arrived one toilet seat fell off. Owner said he would get someone right on it to repair. That never happened because we were told that the maintenance man was too busy. The front door lock was rather quirky. In order to get it locked you had to leave it less than fully closed.
