Beautiful large home almost 3,000 sq ft with a game room, including 3 in 1 pool table, air hockey and table tennis. As well as a foosball table. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. House has 2 formal living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and 1 family game room. Fully furnished bright spaces with modern decor designed for families, groups of friends and business travelers. House has RV parking spot as well as up to 3 car parking spots. No garage access. Our two smart 75 inch TVs include Samsung TV Pool Heating Fees 🏊‍♀️ \~ Pool & Spa $70 per day ( advance notice required) Upon request \-Spa and pool will be heated the same, spa will not reach hot temperatures because it is NOT a Hot Tub. \-Pool/spa is on for 6 hours during the day. Pool maintenance comes 1x a week. Landscaper comes 2x a month. Professional cleaning company hired for exceptional service.
