Just a 18 minute drive to the center of the Strip (Las Vegas Blvd & Flamingo Rd), yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood — the ideal balance of Vegas fun and peaceful rest. \*\*\*Please know this is a shared building! walk to the left of the main unit and enter the backyard where the casita is located. Two smart lock doors one is black and one is white.\*\*\* This property is conveniently located near all major attractions: \~20 min to Caesars Palace \~19 min to Sphere \~20 min to Allegiant Stadium \~13 min to Fremont Street \~18 min to Strip \~24 min to Red Rock Canyon Neighborhood Highlights: \~7 min to My Garage Kitchen (restaurant) \~6 min to Island Comfort (bbq) \~7 min to With Love Always (cafe) \~7 min to Market Grille Cafe (mediterranean) \~7 min to BabyStacks Cafe (known for pancakes) Guests have full access to the unit and private backyard!
