Enjoy the sunshine and palm trees! Relax in our comfortable and convenient resort style residence, a 10-12 minute drive to the strip! Our town home is located in a gated community with swimming pool and hot tub, open from April through October. Enjoy all the perks of being in your own home, including fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer, dryer, WiFi, and printer / copier. This elegantly furnished single story home also has vaulted ceilings, attached two car garage, and shaded / enclosed patio. It features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, wood and tile flooring in living spaces, luxury vinyl in bedrooms. The kitchen features open design to the living areas and lots of counter space. The living room has a gas fireplace. All bedrooms and living room have a high definition television, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. Our home is well maintained and tastefully furnished, with updates being made annually. In 2015, the washer, dryer, and dish washer were replaced. In 2016, the refrigerator and gas stove were replaced. In 2017, dining room chairs and kitchen stools were upgraded. In 2018, a water softener system was added. In 2019, hot water heater was replaced. In 2021, luxury vinyl flooring installed in bedrooms, upgraded TV installed in the living room, new WiFi installed, and garbage disposal replaced. In 2022, the HVAC system was replaced, and new pots / pans purchased. In 2023, couch, love seat, area rug, printer and microwave replaced. This property is located 1.5 miles from Interstate 215 west, which provides quick, easy access to the airport, the Las Vegas Strip, and the Convention Center. It also provides easy access to amazing shops and restaurants. This home is ideal for vacationers, snow birds, traveling nurses, professionals and World Series of Poker participants. The place is well equipped with everything you’ll require for your stay. As noted in the description of the rental, there is construction around the property. This did not deter us from having a great time. The park across the street was a great place to walk our dogs. Couldn’t ask for better owners. We were not familiar with Vegas area but soon found that It is at the great location, very convenient to get to various tourist points. We were here to buy a new place for our retirement. Its location was helpful during our house purchase process. Neighborhood is quite. The condo is safe in a gated community. Inside, it is very well maintained and clean. It is spacious and sensibly decorated. It has the best equipped kitchen among 4 other vacation rentals we stayed for a month each in 2024\. Wi-Fi is fast and strong. There is a park across the gate where you can experience Vegas' dry and barren vibe but also see the beauty in it from the surrounding views of the mountain during sunset. We took a walk there often and enjoyed it. Sharon is a great host. She is always responsive and accommodating. She gave a very detailed instruction on check-in and other useful information on the surrounding area including where to find free parking on the Strip. It was a perfect temporary home for us and a plus that it has a community pool. Quiet community in a great location. We had one minor issue in the beginning but I notified Sharon and she got everything squared away immediately and had great communication with me. Thank you for a lovely stay. ##### Stephanie A. The owners thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The location in the association looked attractive and very quiet. Perfect! Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a long term stay. Very private. It is also close by Uber to Summerlin casinos. The host was attentive to everything we needed. Sharon is extremely accommodating. Shes a very pleasant person to work with. We stayed here while shopping for our own home after we moved from out of state. This property immediately felt like home. The furniture and decor makes it all feel comfortable and pleasant. In fact 1 home was for sale inside the community and we almost bought it, but that one was slightly too small for our family. The community is very pleasant. Always waving hello as you or they pass by. The hot tub, totally what the Dr ordered. The pool was warm and relaxing also. The community is gated so you feel that extra security. If my mom decides to move to Vegas, this would be the absolute perfect community and home for her to be in. And, its in a good location. 10 minutes to the strip, 15 minutes from the airport. If I lived out of the area and visited Vegas often on extended stays, this would be my first choice every time. ##### jason m. The community was quiet with friendly neighbors at the pool. Pool/spa always warm and in good condition. The house, furnishings, internet met all my expectations. Sharon was always available and easy to work with. The location is fine if this is the area of town you want to be in (close to airport). It is a quiet area. This property ticked all our boxes with easy access from and to McCarren, Red Rock Canyon and of course the strip We felt very comfortable and at home in this well equipped house. One of the main things we particularly liked was how quiet it was, we would certainly highly recommend this property. Finally we must say a special thank you to Angie the house manager who was very helpful and responsive in resolving a couple minor problems like showing us Brits how the tv system to worked! ##### Ian T. Everything was clean and in a good condition. Sharon was very helpful and concerned everything we needed for our child. The house is in a gated community and the neighbours a very nice. About a mile from Interstate 215 so easily accessible to about anywhere you would like to go. We very much look forward to returning each year and would recommend this gated community to anyone.
