It was a great stay. Close to things on our itinerary and we could walk anywhere from there or catch a for a 5 minute drive.

The staff are not really friendly in this hard for them to help you get the things that you need help. The room are not updated.

The hotel is VERY old and it shows. There’s an air quality issue. The hotel just looks very old and beat up. If you’re staying at this hotel, it’s because it’s one of the cheaper stays in Vegas. There was no housekeeping. The food is mediocre. You get bombarded with timeshare people. Actually did the timeshare presentation and got free stay(different hotel), tickets to adventureDome, and more. The adventure dome has fun rides. There’s a cute upstairs activity area. Overall, it’s just time to shut this facility down. It doesn’t compare to the other hotels in Vegas.

We arrived on a Saturday night and there was one working elevator for the entire building and we were on the 34th floor. The stairwell was filled with dirty towels and smelled like urine, and bad life choices. It took an hour and a half to get to eat something in the food court and back up to the room, and while we were eating in the food court the boyfriend of a morbidly obese woman went up her dress in plain view of everyone including my children. I would say we left, but it felt more like escaping to another hotel the next morning. Worst hotel stay ever.

You get what you pay for. Day 2 of my stay we get up early to ensure our room will be cleaned. After being gone for several hours upon my return I discover my room hasn’t been cleaned. I call housekeeping and was told they don’t clean the room daily but would come on my 3rd day which wasn’t told to me at checkin. Later that night getting in bed I notice hair on my sheets. Long black hair. I’m a bold man so I know it wasn’t mine. The sheets hadn’t been changed prior to my arrival. I call to complain and ask for my sheets to be changed and they said it wouldn’t happen until the next day. Long story short. DONT stay at Circus Circus.

This hotel was so outdated and had poor services. They did not even provide us with water or kettle. There was no room service provided in this hotel. Therefore our trash was in our room for two days. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone

Fortunately, this trip was a 1 night stay to catch an early flight out of Las Vegas. The main areas weren't terrible, however our room was severely outdated. There were zero USB plugs available and fortunately there was one outlet spot available and we brought our own multi-outlet cord. The tub faucet constantly dripped. The AC was one of those outdated controls that only allowed for "High Off Low" On Low, we were freezing and their double sheet bedding didnt provide much warmth. In the middle of the night I turned it off and then the room got warm and humid. It was a terrible sleep, and made for a long travel day. I forget what the tower was called but its the one in the middle next to the Buffet. 14th floor.

Totally unsatisfied with the stay. Someone on the floor we were on started yelling at each other and Cops were called. The second night the alarm system in the building was triggered. Family got no sleep during the stay.

Hassle to get up to the designated room all the time we have to wait 5-10 min for an elevator and wait for everyone going up and down 18 floors .. then a diffrent elevator just to get to floor 2 at the adventure dome had to figure out that it’s better to park at a diffrent parking spot (garage 1) is the best option floor 3 so you can walk straight into adventure dome

Didn't like that it didn't have a refrigerator plus the TV has the voice command which I couldn't turn off, one of the night light stand didn't work, on top of that you book in the hotel and you would expect to have free wifi but you have to pay to get access

Circus circus is a great option in Las Vegas. If you are looking for a resorty/fancy place go elsewhere- this gave me more of a casual family friendly hotel vibe. Rooms were clean. My only gripe would be the elevators made lots of noise- but other than that we had a pleasant stay. Will stay again.

Chill place to stay for phish lol. Walkable to most places on the strip, felt safe and clean, decent sized room. was able to extend another night last minute and stay in the same room. only annoying thing was housekeeping calling our room multiple times at 10am waking us up like.. its vegas let me sleep haha
