It features three spacious bedrooms, a welcoming living room, an elegant dining area, and a dedicated office space. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled with a modern design. Enjoy a contemporary outdoor barbecue area, perfect for gatherings. This property is ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location. During your stay, you will be provided with a unique gate code, which will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the property. You can park inside the property in the driveway. For your safety and peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras to ensure a safe environment. If you want to use the outdoor grill, the cost is an additional $50 of your reservation, you must also clean it and avoid burning it, otherwise the charge would be more. Please contact the host if you want to use the grill House Rules: 1\. Absolutely NO parties, events, or smoking allowed at any time. 2\. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down. 3\. No pets allowed. 4\. No yelling or loud music. 5\. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. 6\. No additional guests will be admitted. Please inform us of all guests in advance to avoid charges. 7\. The owner provided clear and straight forward instructions via inbox message. The house is located in a bad area but you are parked in a gate and there are cameras on the property which makes you feel safer. There is no outside seating I wish we knew that we would have brought camping chairs. Also there is only 2 coffee cups in the house lucky for our group only 2 drank coffee lol. It is definitely not within walking distance to Fremont which was disappointing but not a deal breaker for us. The host replies quickly and the rest of the house was well stocked. For the price we would probably stay here again it is convenient to be in the middle of downtown and Fremont so that's a plus.
