If you're considering renting this property, do it! Mariel is an excellent host with great communication. We had a few requests and he was on it right away.The best host we have ever had.I say that because he too rent a VRBO property and understand how important it is to take care of your guests. Mariel did just that!The property is new, comfortable, with a well-maintained couch, pillows, and beds. Plenty of towels, including extras. The two-car garage was a huge plus, keeping our car shaded and leaving driveway space for our son and his wife to park. The kitchen is equipped with new pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, a hand mixer, storage containers, and coffee mugs, enhancing our stay since we enjoy cooking. Some seasonings are in the cabinets, but bring your own if you cook often. The property is close to dining, with Home Depot, Target, in walking distance and a Walmart grocery 1.5 miles away. It's two minutes from the interstate and 4 miles to the nearest casino. Nellis AFB was a 15 min drive.The strip 25 min depending on traffic.The mountains are 20 min with plenty of great hiking and a way to cool off if you are here during the summer.Not much else to say except we will stay here again.
