Touching or moving the AC units will result in a minimum fee of $250\. (You may adjust the temperature with Ecobee Thermostat or ask us to help you.) \- Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. \- Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS \- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation - each extra guest up to the max occupancy will result in a charge of $50/day/guest over 2 years of age. Having a total number of people over the max occupancy is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. \- You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing. All communication regarding your reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation. \- Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund and subject to a $1000 fee. \- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. \- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
