The house have a very big private parking!! Easily for 5 cars. Great for rv, boats or big trucks!!

The place is super clean And very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!

The yard has a BBQ , and a fence for enjoyment and privacy
Outdoor table can welcome 6 guests + 2 more Garden chairs.

We provide towels +towels for the pool.
We have 60' tv with a lot of channels.

We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay.

General check-in is after 4pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance.

The check-in time might be at 5 PM due to guests checking out the same day. To arrive at a clean and sanitize home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed.

Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

Pool cleaning is not available on weekends or holidays, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced next weekday. Monday and Thursday are the regular cleaning days, with no exceptions. Also, there are no scheduled times. Pool cleaning is only once a week. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us, and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance. The weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas.

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.


NO Unauthorized pets, please inform the host of any pets by adding them to the reservation. There is a one-time pet fee of $100. The unauthorized pet fee is $500. If the host is not notified of the pet, you will be asked to leave and pay the fee. Pets can not be left unattended. Maximum 2 pets only, and must be included on the reservation. For any pet hair or damages, it is the guests responsibility to pay for any extra cleaning fees.

Due to recent high winds, the outside siding is coming off, and we are pending an insurance claim for the repair.

We are not responsible for items left behind.

According to the Nevada State Department of Agriculture, due to this past winter’s rainy conditions, spring has brought about an unusually large number of moths, beetles, and grasshoppers. These harmless pesky little creatures may sneak their way into our homes and exterior areas. To reduce this inconvenience, please keep all vents, windows, and doors closed.

We do not provide face towels.

The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.
