Great Stay!

Easy to get to from the airport, and a short car ride to all the things that you want to do in Las Vegas. My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again.

Great Neighborhood Close to the Strip

We decided to stay off the strip for this trip. The townhouse was clean, well equipped and close to everything on the Strip. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and thorough. Would stay there again.

Convenient location if your going to game or anything else in Vegas

We went to Vegas for a Football game and the place was perfect. We were able to BBQ and game prep then catch a short ride to the stadium.

Great place with lots of room

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was lots of room, lots of community spaces, and everything was clean. We had absolutely no problems. The host was communicative and always replied quickly. And so close to the strip. 100 times better than staying at a hotel.

Cozy and clean

We came in for the Broncos - Raiders game, the stay was extremely comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The walk to Allegiance Stadium took about 25 minutes, all safe sidewalk. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Good location and perfect size

We loved the location and size of Mario’s place. Far enough away from the strip you didn’t have to deal with immediate traffic, noise and large volume of people but close enough you aren’t spending a ton for Ubers either. The home it’s self was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Only thing I would say is one of the guest bedrooms could use a mattress update but otherwise it was a great place to stay during our visit.

Wonderful, comfortable, spotlessly clean condo. We will definitely return. I would note, though, that it’s more like a 3 bd/2,25 bath; there are 4 beds, but one of them is in an open area rather than a separate bedroom so if you are looking for 4 bedroom/3 full bathrooms, know that in advance. Great host response to any questions!

Great property! Clean, modern, quiet and safe. The property was further away from Allegiance Stadium than anticipated. We decided to rent a car so everything worked out. Good location with stores and restaurants. Beds not that comfy, flat pillows, and TV was limited to whatever you have for apps. I have Verizon and was not always able to use the internet in my phone. One or two bars. Host was easy to contact. Overall a good stay.
