Only 5 mins to The Strip and about the same distance to the Airport. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, one of them has 2 queen size beds and the living room has 3 sofas. Ideal for families and people on business trips. On a quiet residential street! No parties allowed.. The Space: Max occupancy: 16 guests The pool and spa are heated for a small fee. Lots of outside space including a playground for kids. The house has two main sections. The main section has a big dining room and a big kitchen and the other one has a smaller kitchen and dining area. It’s basically a main house with an attached casita, but it all feels as one big house. Single level home, 90% handicap accessible . BATHROOMS: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 4 each have their own private bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 6 share a bathroom with Bedrooms 3 and 5, which have direct access from within the rooms. Additionally, there are two half bathrooms located in the hallway for shared use. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house, the pool, the Jacuzzi, backyard and garage. Pool and jacuzzi will heating is available for a small fee. Only up to 4 passenger cars are allowed that will fit in a regular garage. No large vans, RVs or anything oversized. No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage. For the safety of your pets and young children, front doors are locked with an emergency key provided in a break to open box. Guest access is either through the garage or a back door. Please note that this is a strictly NO PARTY - NO EVENT house. This property is reserved for those who seek a calm and quiet experience. The Neighborhood: It's a very safe and beautiful neighborhood near an Outlet Shopping Mall, the Airport and the Las Vegas Boulevard. Probably the best location in a small cul-de-sac offering maximum privacy and close proximity of all the main attractions. Please note that the map marker is within a 3 miles radius of the actual location. Out of respect to our neighbors we release the exact address on the day of arrival after 5 PM to avoid guests gathering in front of the house before it is ready for check in. If the exact location is very important to you, then please reach out to us and we will give you the nearest cross street. Getting Around: There is a garage for 4 cars and the strip is just minutes away. No more than 4 cars are allowed and they all have to be normal size vehicles. So no vans, trucks, etc please. Our housekeeping staff strictly adhere to safety measures by wearing masks and gloves during their work. REFUND POLICY In the unlikely event that circumstances do not meet your expectations, we are committed to swift and diligent efforts to rectify the situation. Nevertheless, please be aware of the following limitations: We do not issue refunds except if an amenity or cleaning issue exists, and it is reported to us in the reservation’s message thread, and we do not resolve the issue within 24 hours from the time it was reported. No calls, text messages, verbal communication or smoke signals are accepted to resolve cleaning or amenity issues for the purposes of refund eligibility. For amenity issues, the maximum refund for a single (or multiple) issue(s) reported after the 24-hour period will not exceed 10% (total) of your nightly rate for the affected nights. POOLS and SPAS Our outdoor, uncovered pools and spas may not maintain the same level of cleanliness as indoor swimming pools. They are susceptible to natural elements such as leaves, wind-blown debris, rain, and the formation of algae. In our desert climate, the pipes and pool heaters must endure extreme temperature fluctuations, including freezing and melting conditions. In the event of a malfunction, it could take several days to procure necessary parts or schedule a technician. Our pools undergo thorough cleaning and maintenance twice a week, as well as after storms. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time. If you require additional service, please inform us, and we will commit to resolving your request within 24-48 hours. Pool heating is a gradual process, typically increasing by approximately 2 degrees per hour, depending on the external temperature. If the outdoor temperature is below 60 degrees, reaching a pool temperature of 80 degrees may not be achievable during your stay. However, you do have the option of pre-heating the pool; kindly make this request at least 3 days in advance for consideration. Use the pool and spa at your own risk. No jumping in the pool. Shallow end 3.5 feet, deep end 6 feet. HVAC system The intelligent AC and heating system operates within a range of 72 to 78 degrees. This range aligns with the power company's guidelines to prevent power outages and safeguard the AC system from freezing. Furthermore, maintaining temperatures within this range promotes both your well-being and environmental conservation. Interaction with Guests: Available during business hours. I appreciate the space But I’ll not recommend because I had the worst experience checking in. The owner was nice to give us early check in but the property manager Linda wouldn’t text the address until we got in 10mins away and at a point I had to call Vrbo to see if it’s a real listing. And she yelled on the phone because I told her boss(the owner lives in another city) that she wouldn’t reveal the address on time and lack of communication. If I didn’t have friends and family together I would totally cancel the reservation because the way she treated me. She explained in person the house was not registered with Las Vegas city that’s why they were afraid to text the address. This property is beautiful and has a lot of space. It is close to the airport and to the Vegas strip. Size and location were good. At check-in, one of the smoke/CO2 detectors was chirping due to a low battery, the property manager heard the alert and said that maintenance would be immediately notified. The chirping continued through the night until we found a ladder to disconnect. Management never followed up or addressed the issue. I paid 210 to heat the tub for the week. The heat was on 2 days after checkin. After repeatedly asking for operating instructions I was notified 6 days after checkin that the hot tub blower was inoperative. I requested a refund which was denied by the owner. The home is very “tired”. Several glass door panels were missing in the kitchen, the gas stove top ignitor was intermittent, many window blinds were broken. The kitchen was not equipped with enough plates, silverware or glasses for the number of people the house sleeps. The dishwasher had to be run multiple times a day, due to the lack of kitchen supplies. Some of the issues; only one bath towel per person, no dish towels, no casserole/baking dishes, the dining room sat 8\. The lack of essentials to match the number of people the house sleeps is not acceptable. Although the management responded to my text messages, they failed to address the issue concerning the smoke/CO2 detectors and the hot tub. Lastly, the owner’s refusal to reimburse me for the money I spent to heat a hot tub that did not work is inexcusable. ##### Tracy P. We were there for my grandsons hockey tournament and this afforded us family time together in a pleasant environment while being close enough to the attractions of Las Vegas. It was a little awkward that the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms share the same master bath with only access through 2 bedrooms. There are 2 other bedroom with en-suite at the opposite side of the house which were very nice. This situation worked for us as one family with kids used the master bedroom area and the other 2 couples could use the other bedrooms. The living area provided a nice place to watch TV during Final Four and a dining space adequate for our group. The pool was nice but needs repairs to it and there are no lounge chairs around the pool. In general there are some cosmetic repairs that need to be addressed-broken appliances, shower handles broken, unpainted book shelf etc. Upgraded towels would be nice. It is minutes to the airport and strip by car. It was very clean and the property manager was available. We wanted to have large family meals and the kitchen was spacious. The kitchen lacked some essential cooking utensils, no Tupperware for food storage and no wine opener. The Keurig coffee machine was not working. Parking was an issue as all vehicles had to be parked in the garage at all times which was inconvenient at times. There was a pool available but a huge up charge to heat it.
