Great option for larger Vegas group!

This property worked great for our larger group and offered plenty of space and amenities for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Canceled on us 30 minutes before we arrived

Owner canceled on my group about 30 minutes before we got to Vegas. We were stuck looking for alternative hotel options on the Thursday before EDC. Owner claimed he double booked. Iā€™m pretty sure he listed it on a different site and whoever paid more got the reservation. When questioned about this the owners response was pretty much too bad. Overall pretty scummy.

Host from hell

Do not rent this property host was a maniac couches were hard beds were small pool table was broke says thereā€™s five bedrooms but thereā€™s only three couldnā€™t contact host for a month and a half to try to find out some things about the property I had some people over after my daughters wedding for dinner and he freaked out came over parked in front of the house I recommend anyone who wants to rent this house do not do it itā€™s a total S show

Spring Break Vacation

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Provided us with most things. Not far from the strip. There were only a few issues but I already notified owner of suggestions and how it can improve. We would stay here again.

Lovely, quite, comfortable

I was looking for a quiet safe place to stay with my parents while we were in Vegas for the Nascar races for the weekend. This place was perfect! Minutes from the track and strip but also away from the crowds. It was clean, quiet and exactly what we were hoping for.

EXCELLENT

From the moment I spoke with owner they were accommodating and helpful. The property was very clean and the location was perfect for us because it is within 10 minutes of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Also close to a beautiful YMCA and many grocery stores. It is only 15 minutes from down town Las Vegas, which we liked because we prefer to be away from all of the noise and crowds, but we like to visit it. Plus it was located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The beds were very comfortable, my kids really enjoyed the large movie screen t.v. and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We will definitely stay here in the future!!!

Property is only 3 actual bedrooms, but was able to accommodate us. Had a water issue, but the property managers came over quickly to resolve it

Would not stay here again

Property manager must live close and was a bit weird messaging me to turn off lights and park in the garage which smelled so bad we had to hold our breath to walk through it. Seriously gross smell that was disgusting and made everyone almost vomit. I would not stay here again! Floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes in the house as our feet turned black in 10 minutes without shoes.
