Very outdated. Windows are too dirty. No 4 pools as described on the web site. One pool was clear but too cold. One pool had muddy water. One pool is for adults only, but it is also for members only or if you pay. And it had muddy water with greasy stains. And one pools was closed.

The hotel in general terms is fine, not excellent in anything and not bad in anything. It's just good and the price is right considering you're in Las Vegas.

The rooms are very dated, everything is dusty, things are dingy and neglected feeling. No frig, no micro, no coffee maker. My window over looked a brick wall. They only attempted to clean room once and that was at 8pm. I don’t even know if the guy was legit that tried to open the door. The buffet was underwhelming and over priced. Would not recommend

The staff was friendly and prompt. Housekeeping was great with daily made beds. There was plenty of activities to do inside the hotel and the connector bridge to the surrounding hotels was also a plus.

Most of the staff was friendly, housekeeping was lovely, bellhop (Fernando) was great, beds are comfortable, but the entire hotel is very outdated and rundown. Lots of rusty fixtures in the bathroom, very old furniture, space for a mini fridge, but no fridge. A little lipstick would go a long way in this hotel. Having walked through many, many hotels up and down the strip, Excalibur was second to last for us on ambiance, updates, dining and shopping options, smell..... The Excalibur wasn't terrible, but we'd stay somewhere else if we came back.

The pool was decent, but cold. The area with water slide wasn’t open. The gym was really nice. The room was downright nasty. I put down $100 on blackjack and the dealer had 20 or 21 every hand. Walking close to Luxor, New York and MGM was cool. I checked out after 2 nights, and paid the last 2 nights without staying. I booked Palazzo/Ventian and it was like upgrading to paradise.

It's been two years since I've been here and seems like there's been no change in the building of the Royal side. They also took out the refrigerators and you have to ask for refrigerator and get charged for it. Not cool not right. I'm only staying for one night.

It had hills going in and out. The check in desk was in the middle of the hotel, long walk. Beel services were very helpful. Very loud hotel lobby. You heard people going and coming all night outside of your room. I discovered the second floor shopping and restaurants. Never told what was upstairs. My cousins came on day 3 and showed me upstairs. People were everywhere were trying to sell timeshares. Buffet was good. Housekeeping kept the room clean and made up nicely

Our flight was delayed so we called the hotel and they said it was fine to check in later but when we got to Excalibur they gave our room away and no refund for a 3 night stay. So we had to scramble for another hotel with limited funds at a busy time in Vegas at 5pm.

Rooms were clean and bathrooms remodelled which was nice. Pool area was fantastic, and the gym was really good. For whatever reason, the hotel seems to attract sketchy people. Maybe because of the good prices to stay there? I’d go back though.

Me and the rest of my party reserved two rooms during our stay and both had problems with the sink the entire stay. Rooms smelled horrible and were constantly filling up with chunky green/brown foul smelling liquid. The air condition in one of the rooms would not stay on either and we had to buy a fan because the hotel was unable to accommodate. Both not terribly major issues, but for the price of our rooms and the additional resort fees added on, we were disappointed that our experience was not what we would have expected.
