It features a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom, a large terrace ideal for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining, and a private garden offering both tranquility and privacy. Situated near the pool, it provides easy access without being disturbed by the noise of swimmers. The residence is now equipped with Starlink, ensuring a high-speed Internet connection ideal for both leisure and remote work. Carefully decorated, every detail has been thoughtfully selected to provide comfort, elegance, and harmony. Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers easy and convenient access. It consists of an open kitchen integrated with the living room and terrace, an air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest toilet, and a private laundry room. The bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), large built-in wardrobes, and additional storage space. Let yourself be charmed by the appeal of a new residence, with a pool, just a few steps from the beautiful Playa Las Ballenas. For your information: Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, housekeeping upon arrival and departure, and once per week during your stay with a change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance are also included. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD. A digital code safe is at your disposal.
