This modern 2-bedroom apartment at Nicole Residence combines style, comfort, and a touch of privacy. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, A/C, and ensuite bathrooms—one with a full bath (toilet, shower, sink) and the other with shower and sink only. A separate powder room with toilet ensures the comfort of all guests. The apartment includes a bright living room with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Starlink Wi-Fi, and a huge private terrace. What sets this unit apart is its shaded corner terrace, where you can relax without being in the sun all day. Its location in the complex makes it feel more private while still offering pool views framed by tropical palm trees. Guests also enjoy a cold-water dispenser and shared amenities: a saltwater pool, kids’ pool, sun terrace, and a common area with tables and loungers. The residence provides 24/7 security and a backup generator, ensuring continuous comfort even during local power outages. Guests have full access to the apartment, including the living room with A/C, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Starlink Wi-Fi, private shaded terrace, and cold-water dispenser.
